Client Relations Manager (MEDAS)
Mehjabeen is a knowledgeable and performance-driven Client Relations Manager with a wealth of experience in managing multiple Medas accounts across GCC, upsales, client-on-boarding process and their potential expansion. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately create success plans to achieve desired outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Her responsibilities include proactively monitoring of technical support cases and ensuring they are being serviced within predefined service level agreement. She is flexibly available 24×7 to customers during high priority outage, aligning technical resources and providing continuous updates to all internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing and escalating as necessary to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and quickly.
Mehjabeen has strong customer orientation, great communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills and significant ability to successfully lead and manage a group of people. Sustains close engagement and coordinate activities with technical support and sales teams across GCC for Medas.
She also has 10+ years of experience in handling different EMR and LIS applications while working in the Healthcare Domain for 8+ years.
